Anxiety is your body's natural response to stress, whereas Anxiety disorder (prolonged feelings of fear and apprehension that interfere with your daily life), is a treatable mental health diagnosis that I am experienced in helping you to manage and cope within.

Major Depressive Disorder

Depression is a mental health disorder characterized by a persistent loss of interest in activities, excessive crying, poor appetite, low self-esteem, and indecisiveness. If this mood has continued for many days/weeks and keeps you from living your life, it's important to seek help.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

There is life after trauma! As a Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I provide an evidence-based treatment that addresses the significant emotional and behavioral difficulties related to traumatic life events, and those who suffer from PTSD.  Reduction in severe and persistent trauma symptoms- including treatment for flashbacks, sleep disturbances, anxiety, irritability, sadness and dissociative associated with the traumatic event.

Borderline Personality Disorder

Borderline Personality Disorder impacts the way you think and feel about yourself and others. For people with BPD, almost everything is unstable.
